Well, UK Fishing School has the answer!

We're organising two fantastic carp fishing holidays in France for 2027, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a week on a beautiful private carp lake, with experienced UKFS instructors on hand and all the important arrangements taken care of.

All you need to do is concentrate on enjoying your fishing!

Anglers: £1,150 per person

Non-fishing guests: £800 per person

Just a 25% deposit secures your place.

Welcome to Mystique, France

Our destination is the stunning Mystique, a private 10-acre carp lake in north-west France, offering excellent fishing and lovely lakeside accommodation.

The lake is home to approximately 180–200 carp, with an average weight in the mid-30lb range and fish to over 53lb.

We'll have exclusive use of the lake and accommodation for the week, so you'll be enjoying the experience alongside a friendly group of fellow anglers.

The house sleeps up to 12 people and sits less than 20 metres from the water, with three fishing swims directly outside the accommodation and several others around the lake.

And when you're not fishing, there's plenty to enjoy, including:

• Comfortable lakeside accommodation.

• Outdoor dining and social areas.

• A hot tub overlooking the lake.

• An above-ground swimming pool.

• Beautiful surroundings and plenty of opportunities to relax.

It's a proper fishing holiday, with all the comforts of home!

What's included in your holiday?

We've designed these holidays to remove as much of the usual hassle as possible.

Your £1,150 angler package includes:

• Seven nights' accommodation at Mystique.

• Exclusive use of the private carp lake for our group.

• A bait package suitable for the week's fishing.

• Breakfast and evening meals provided throughout your stay.

• Transport of your fishing tackle to and from France by UK Fishing School.

• Experienced UKFS instructors on site throughout the week, available to offer help, advice and support.

• Help with photographing your catches, so you can take home some fantastic memories.

Most anglers will bring their own tackle, but equipment hire can also be arranged in advance if required.

Your fishing, your holiday!

These holidays are designed for people who already have some carp fishing experience and want to enjoy the excitement of fishing in France.

This isn't a structured fishing course, you'll be fishing independently, choosing your own tactics, rigs and baiting approaches, and enjoying the challenge of a new water.

But you won't be on your own!

Our experienced UKFS instructors will be there throughout the week to offer friendly advice, discuss tactics, help you make the most of your fishing and lend a hand when needed.

Whether you're hoping for your first French carp, chasing a new personal best or simply looking forward to a week beside the water, we want you to have a brilliant experience.

Getting there – we've made that easier too!

You have two options.

Make your own way

You're welcome to drive to Mystique yourself. The venue is approximately two hours from Caen or just under five hours from Calais.

Use optional passenger transport

We've sourced an independent transport provider offering return passenger travel for £360 per person, booked and paid for separately.

UK Fishing School will transport your fishing tackle, so you won't have the hassle of trying to fit all your equipment into your passenger transport.

Bringing someone who doesn't fish?

We also have two non-fishing guest places available at £800 per person, ideal if you are a parent or your partner or a friend would like to join you.

Non-fishing guests can enjoy the accommodation, hot tub, swimming pool and beautiful surroundings.

Their holiday includes seven nights' accommodation, breakfasts and evening meals.

Easy payment options

To help spread the cost, we've arranged a simple payment plan.

Final balance dates:

• April holiday: 13 February 2027.

• October holiday: 14 August 2027.

For bookings made after an instalment date, any instalments already due will be payable when booking.

Optional passenger transport is booked and paid for separately.
