Finding something that children, parents and grandparents can all enjoy together is not always easy.
Fishing gives everyone the chance to take part at their own pace while sharing the same experience by the water.
This relaxed 2-hour family fishing session is designed for families who want to try fishing together, learn the basics and enjoy the excitement of catching fish.
No previous experience is needed and you don’t need to own any fishing equipment. We provide everything required and guide you step by step, from using the tackle and baiting the hook to recognising bites, landing fish and handling your catch safely.
Time Together, Away From the Screens
Fishing creates space to talk, laugh, learn something new and enjoy a little friendly competition.
There’s no pressure to be the best or the fastest. Different ages and abilities can fish alongside each other, making it an experience everyone can be part of.
And the experience doesn’t have to end when the session finishes. Once you’ve learnt the basics, fishing can become an affordable activity the whole family can enjoy again and again.
You may leave talking about the biggest fish, who caught the most or what bait worked best – and already planning your next trip.
Sessions are private for your family, for up to 6 people, and dates are arranged to suit you.
After booking, we’ll contact you to agree a convenient date and time.

Every session starts with a safety briefing to help make sure everything runs smoothly and safely.
Our team is trained in safety procedures, first aid and safeguarding, and we carry appropriate emergency equipment during sessions.
Your safety and wellbeing are always our top priority.
What to Bring
We’ve got everything covered for your fishing experience, including rod licences, venue entry, all fishing equipment and bait.
All you need to do is dress appropriately for the weather so you’re comfortable on the day.
Refreshments are available on site, and we recommend bringing a fully charged phone so you can take photos, capture the memories and, of course, show off all those fish.
